Vinylphenol reductase is an enzyme that catalyses the reaction : 4-vinylphenol + NAD+ + 3 H+ ⇔ 4-ethylphenol + NADH It is found in ''Brettanomyces bruxellensis'',〔Partial vinylphenol reductase purification and characterization from Brettanomyces bruxellensis.
